Abstract

Patient satisfaction is very important in health services for patient trust in the health facility. Pharmaceutical services are integrated activities aimed at the detection, prevention, and resolution of drug and health problems. This research aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Tonsealama PUSKESMAS, North Tondano District, Minahasa Regency. This research is descriptive, by administering questionnaires to respondents. The questionnaire consists of five dimensions of service quality. The number of respondents was 73 people with the criteria; productive age (17 – 60 years), patients who receive pharmaceutical services, patients who can communicate, read and write well, patients who are willing to fill out a questionnaire. The results of research analyzing the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at PUSKESMAS Tonsealama, North Tondano District, Minahasa Regency received a percentage score of 82% which was included in the Very Satisfied category. Suggestions for PUSKESMAS need to be to measure patient satisfaction periodically
