Efektivitas Pemberian Jus Nanas (Ananas Cosmosus) Untuk Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Nifas Di Puskesmas Tuminting Kota Manado
Abstract
Background: Perineal rupture is rupture that occurs in the perineum during labor, because the perineum not only plays a role or an important part of the labor process, but is also needed to control bowel movements and urination, maintain normal peristaltic activity (by maintaining intra-abdominal pressure ) and healthy sexual function. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administration of pineapple juice (ananas cosmosus) for healing of perineal wounds in puerperal mothers in Tuminting Health Center, Manado City. Methods: The type of research used was Pre-Experimental using One group pretest - posttest design to determine the administration of pineapple juice for healing of perineal wounds in puerperal mothers, where observations were carried out twice before the experiment and after the experiment. Results: The value obtained by the significance value and P = 0,000 <0.05 in wound healing. So it can be concluded that there is healing of perineal wounds that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is effectiveness in giving pineapple juice (ananas cosmosus) for healing of perineal wounds in puerperal women at Tuminting Health Center, Manado City. Conclusion: there is effectiveness in giving pineapple juice (ananas cosmosus) for healing of perineal wounds to puerperal mothers in Tuminitng Health Center, Manado City
