Hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Dumai
Abstract
The good performance of nurses has an influence on the success of the emergency room as the gateway to the hospital for people to get emergency services for their health problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and nurse performance. The research method uses the chi square approach, with a total sample of 35 people and is analyzed by cross-sectional. The results showed that most of the respondents were in early adulthood, namely 19 people (54.3%), the sex of the respondents was more than half female, namely 24 people (68.6%), most of them were married, namely 25 people (71.4%). %), respondents worked for more than 5 years, namely 23 people (65.7%), the workload of respondents according to 19 people (54.3%). most of the officers' performance was good, namely as many as 22 people (62.9%). Statistically, there is a significant relationship between workload and nurse performance (p value 0.030). It is suggested to the hospital to improve the competence of nurses through programmed seminars and training.
