Pengaruh Prenatal Gentle Yoga (PGY) dengan lama Kala II Persalinan
Prenatal Gentle Yoga (PGY) is a form of mind body practice originating from India, known and developed in several developing countries as a form of health practice for various immunological, neuromuscular, psychological and pain conditions. Prenatal Gentle Yoga (PGY) can also improve pregnancy outcomes and self-confidence during the first and second active phases. Yoga is effective as relaxation in reducing stress, anxiety and improving health status based on the seven SF-36 domains. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Prenatal Gentle Yoga on the length of the second stage of labor at the Caile Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. Conducted in March-June 2022 with a total sample of 30 people. From 30 pregnants women, there were 17 (56.67%) who routinely did yoga and had a fast delivery, while only 13 (76.67%) experienced a long labor. And according to the results of the p-value obtained 0.002 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of Prenatal Gentle yoga on the duration of the second stage of labor at the Caile Health Center, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi.
