Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Kepatuhan Mengkonsumsi Diet Rendah Purin Pada Penderita Gout Artrithis Di Desa Sea Satu Kecamatan Pineleng

Abstract

Artrithis Gout disease is a disease caused by elevated levels of uric acid in the blood, the deposition of crystals of monosodium no network. Uric acid is an end product of purine metabolism (Eggebeen A 2007). To determine the relationship of family support with adherence to consume low-purine diet in patients with Gout Artrithis in the village of Sea The District of Pineleng. This study uses cross-sectional study (cross-sectional), which causes or risk variables and results or cases that occur on the object of research is measured and collected one in the same time (Setiadi, 2013). Berdasarkan statistical test results further concluded that there is a significant relationship between family support with adherence consuming low-purine diet for the village community Sea the value (p = <0.001). It is recommended to health care, can further develop health services, especially in patients with gout arthritis, by improving the quality of nursing services, then getting mengingkat health status, and quality of nursing care is getting better, and implemented in accordance with the interventions to be carried out.
