Abstract

TB disease is still a public health problem with the increasing number of TB patients from year to year. Based on data from the Global Tuberculosis Report 2015, Indonesia is still included in the group of high burden countries or 22 countries that have the highest TB burden in the world where Indonesia has 10% of cases total global case after India 23% and China 10% (WHO, 2015). Detection of Immunoglobin g Immunoglobin and Immunoglobin M Using Dilated Antigen (Antigen 85b) In Serum Tuberikulosis Patients, particularly prominent in the population with severe, overcrowded nutritional stress, inadequate health care, and displacement, that TB patients have plasma antibody levels slightly higher for influenza A / H3N2 virus than the control group showed no association between influenza virus infection and clinical manifestation of tuberculosis (Roelof et al., 2013)
This study aims to identify IgG and IgM Antibodies in suspek Tb in Tuminting Health Center of Manado City. This Research Type is Descriptive analytical laboratory. Subjects of research on Patients diagnosed with TB Suspect by doctors at Tuminting Health Center, sampling with Purposive Sampling technique and obtained as many as 35 samples. Measurement tool Anti IgG and IgM body using Tuberculosis Rapid Test Device. Data were analyzed staticitk deskritif.
The results of the study on Suspek Tb found positive IgG and IgM by54.3% while IgG and IgM Negatif were 45.7%.
