Pengaruh Pemberian Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Terhadap Laju Endap Darah Pada Tikus Jantan

One of benefit plants is to be traditional medicine it is coconut (Cocos Nucifera). Coconut as one of from basic material nine food of peoples where as much using for kind of requirements. One of with maked it to be pure oils (virgin coconut oil/VCO). Virgin Coconut Oil produce good effect for body, where possess effect as medicine. After researched VCO contained laurat a cids is included as satured fatty acids , moderate or medium chain triglyceride (MCT). Laurat acids it’s to be coconut oil to be uniqe, therefore commom of oil not contained MCT. Laurat acids to can be increasing body immune and then to immune respons. Research aims to justified there is effect or there is no effect coconut virgin given toward Sedimen Rate flow of blood on male wistar rattus.
The Research types is laboratorium experimental research. Samples on this research is total of population that is 20 tails male wistar rattus with random sampling technic. Examinationof sedimen rate flow blood is using westergreen method and analysis using statistic test “paired T Test”
Analysis results of data with “Paired T Test” showing that there is no effect of coconut oil given toward sedimen rate flow of blood on male wistar rattus is significantly from sedimen Rate flow of blood. It is can be refer to significantly value is more larger of α value = 0,05 and from that statistic data showing that t counted <t table, so that that data is indicated that received H0.
Conclussion and suggestin there was no significantly effectively regimen VCO toward Blood Sedimen Rate on Male Wistar rattus. Suggestion: Needed to performed research continued with increased doses VCO.
