Pengetahuan Gizi Ibu Dan Persediaan Pangan Keluarga Terhadap Status Gizi Balita Bawah Garis Merah Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Danowudu
Abstract
Aperson's nutritional knowledge affects attitudes and behaviors in food selection. Toddler is a very important period because it is a critical period in an effort to create quality human resources. Food security is the condition of the fulfillment of food needs for the household which is reflected from the availability of adequate food, both of quantity and quality, safe, equitable and affordable. The purpose of analyzing the relationship of mother's nutritional knowledge and family food supply of nutritional status of children under the red line in the working area of Danowudu Public Health Center. The type of this research is descriptive analytic research with cross sectional design. The sample is part of the population of 30 BGM children under five who are in the working area of Danowudu Puskesmas. The results obtained by nutrition knowledge of under five children under the red line in the working area of puskesmas danowudu are only 53.3%. Family food supply is only 66.7%, nutritional status of children under five is skinny 66.7%. The results of physi- cal Examination Exam no correlation between nutritional knowledge with food supply, nutritional knowledge relation with nutritional status, relation of family's food supply with nutritional status of children under the red line in Danowudu health center working area.
