Survey Konsumsi Pangan Penilaian Asupan Gizi Individu dan Keluarga di Kelurahan Pangolombian Kecamatan Tomohon Selatan Kota Tomohon
Abstract
The phenomenon of food consumption and nutrition problems in Tomohon, a city in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, reflects various challenges commonly faced in other regions in Indonesia. There are several important points related to this problem, such as malnutrition and stunting. Apart from malnutrition, the problem of overnutrition and obesity is also starting to emerge along with changes in eating patterns and a more sedentary lifestyle. The type of activity carried out was measuring the assessment of family food consumption patterns using the 24-hour Food Recall method and Food Frequency Questionnaire in Environment VIII, Pangolombian Village, South Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The Food Consumption Survey will be carried out on May 16 2024 until completion at Pangolombian Village, Ward VIII, South Tomohon District. The targets of this research were all families in Pangolombian Village, Ward VIII, South Tomohon District, 4 toddlers, 1 school age child,
4 adults and 3 elderly people. It can be concluded that the results of the survey on the nutritional status of toddlers with obesity were 1 person (50%), and normal nutrition was 1 person (50%), the nutritional status of obese school age children was 1 person (100%), the survey on the nutritional status of adults was obesity as many as 1 person. (25%), normal nutrition was 2 people (50%), while malnutrition was 1 person (25%), the nutritional status of the elderly from 4 samples was found to be over nutritional status of 1 person (25%), and normal nutrition was 2 people. (75%).
