Covid 19_ DAMPAK PSIKOLOGIS TENAGA KESEHATAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19: LITERATUR REVIEW

Abstract

Pendahuluan :  Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberi pengaruh besar terhadap kondisi tenaga kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan yang berhadapan langsung dengan banyaknya pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19, bahkan pasien yang belum tahu status kesehatannya apakah terinfeksi Covid-19 atau tidak, seperti yang ditemukan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD). Kondisi yang tidak biasa dialami ini, menjadi pemicu adanya dampak psikologis bagi tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan: Studi ini dibuat untuk melihat dampak psikologis yang dialami tenaga kesehatan, selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan metode literatur review. Analisis jurnal penelitian menggunakan PIO, untuk jurnal tahun 2020-2021, pada data based Ebsco Host, SAGE dan Proquest. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah Impact AND Psychological AND Health Workers AND Covid-19. Jurnal penelitian yang teridentifikasi adalah 1014, kemudian dipilih 15. jurnal yang sesuai dengan tujuan studi ini. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil ulasan jurnal penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan mengalami dampak psikologis, seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Kesimpulan: Dampak psikologis tenaga kesehatan, dialami dan menggangu pelayanan tenaga kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19, oleh karena itu penting untuk meminimalkan sumber-sumber situasional yang dapat memperparah dampak psikologis tersebut.
