Jarak Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Dan Kondisi Fisik Sumur Gali Terhadap Kualitas Air Sumur Di Wilayah Kelurahan Cemengkalang Sidoarjo
Abstract
The water from the dug well in the Cemengkalang Sub-District, Sidoarjo, physically looks a little colored and smells good. There are sources of pollution, namely TPS in the form of piles of garbage around the settlement and some physical conditions of wells that do not meet the requirements can also cause contamination of well water. This study aims to determine the effect of TPS distance and the physical condition of well water on the quality of well water in the Cemengkalang Village, Sidoarjo. This study uses an analytical observational method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study are all dug wells that are still used by residents of the Cemengkalang Village RT.02 RW.01 Sidoarjo. The sample size of the dug wells were 7 samples. Analysis of the data used is Spearmen Correlation Test analysis. The results of laboratory tests on the quality of well water according to the parameters of organic matter with an average of 21.25 mg/l indicate that the well water does not meet the requirements of the clean water quality standard according to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. We have obtained 2 dug wells that do not meet the requirements and 5 dug wells that meet the requirements. There are 4 dug wells with TPS distance measurement results that do not meet the requirements <95 m and there are 3 dug wells that meet the requirements. From the statistical test results, there was an effect of TPS distance (P=0.002) and the effect of physical condition on the quality of organic matter in well water (P=0.004). Statistical test results show that there is an effect of TPS distance.
